Launching Movements, Transforming Campuses

The A6 Training Update: Launching Movements, Transforming Campuses (From Our Screens)!

What an incredible, spirit-filled few days it has been! From 1–3 June 2026, our Student-Led Movement staff, interns, and international missionaries gathered across time zones for the dynamic Online A6 Training – and wow, the digital space has never felt so alive with purpose.

The A6 Project (short for the Acts 6000 Campus Pioneering Project) carries a massive, beautiful vision. Initiated by Korea CCC in 2011 and built on the foundational vision of the Campus Mission 2007 Conference, its goal is simple yet revolutionary: to help fulfil the Great Commission by pioneering 6,000 unengaged major universities worldwide.Over just 3 days, we brought that global vision straight to our local context – proving that geographical borders can’t stop the Gospel.

The A6 Training wasn’t just a series of Zoom calls; it was a hands-on, strategic deep dive. The sessions were designed to introduce the A6 Strategy for pioneering and revitalising discipleship ministries on local campuses.

Through our screens, we:

  • Analysed the Present: Staff took a hard, honest look at the current condition of our campus ministries.
  • Plotted the Future: Everyone rolled up their sleeves in virtual breakout rooms to map out clear, actionable, and faith-filled plans forward.
  • Equipped the Next Gen: We focused intensely on how to raise resilient student leaders who can lead and sustain vibrant spiritual movements.

A Beautiful Global Tapestry

God truly brought the nations together in the chat! We are overflowing with gratitude for the incredible mix of hands and hearts involved. A massive thank you to:

  • Our passionate South African Full-time Staff and Interns
  • Our amazing brothers and sisters who logged in from Sierra Leone
  • The joyful and dedicated Korean Short-Term Missionaries based right here in Cape Town
  • Paul Kim, a Korean missionary based in Cape Town, who took the lead!

The unity, shared wisdom, and encouraging emojis shared across the miles were a sweet reminder that the Great Commission is a team sport.

Looking Forward: Our Prayer

As everyone logged off and headed back to their respective fields, the training may be over, but the work is just beginning!

Let’s keep praying: We pray that God will stir up deep passion in our hearts and spark unstoppable movements of evangelism and spiritual growth on every single campus represented – and beyond!

Thank you for your continued prayers and partnership. Let’s go change the world, one campus at a time!

The Student-Led Movement team.
