In today’s fast evolving area of new technology with Jesus Film equipment and strategies, continuous training and development are important. Our training workshops play an important role in this ongoing partnership with churches, missional workers and missional organisations. We impart new skills, update existing knowledge, and address specific challenges faced by individuals or teams.

In the past few months, we had 5 training workshops and trained 138 key leaders and missionaries from 18 Africa Countries on small group discipleship using digital resources. They were all equipped with resources and hands-on experiences with practical knowledge that can be immediately applied in their area of ministry.

2 Timothy 2:2 is built into all our resources and strategies. This verse emphasizes the importance of not only gaining knowledge and skills on our gospel and discipleship strategies and digital resources but also sharing them with others who are capable of doing the same with the Great Commission. It’s a principle of mentorship and discipleship that demonstrates the value of building a network of knowledgeable individuals who can continue multiplying and developing a community or organisation.

We use the Knowing Jesus segment study to create multiplying missional communities. We train participants on small group discipleship gatherings using the 61 segments from the classic Jesus Film. It offers numerous advantages that can enhance spiritual growth and community building among new believers. Jesus gave Matt 28:19-20 to His disciples. The verses emphasise the importance of evangelism, discipleship, and teaching in the Christian faith, highlighting a mission that extends to all people and includes both the sharing of the Gospel and the developing of spiritual growth for new believers.

Ephesians 4:12, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
