Jericho Walls Prayer Summit

Taking hands, praying in unity, impacting our world

In October 2025, I had the opportunity and privilege to represent CCC SA at the Jericho Walls prayer Summit in the beautiful Stellenbosch area.

It was 4 days of focused teaching and praying together with people from across our nation and other countries of Africa. Daniel and Estell Brink and their team from Jericho Walls facilitated the Prayer Summit with great success, equipping the Body of Christ and practically praying and interceding for the nations.

You would possibly ask why it is important to collaborate in prayer with other ministries?

First and foremost, I realize that our CCC SA Prayer ministry has grown in some areas, but there is still much room for growth. We need to glean from other prayer ministries who are established, like-minded Kingdom prayer ministries. Collaboration in the Body of Jesus Christ is fundamentally important; we are stronger in prayer when we stand in Unity on the Word of God.

I quote from 7DAYS on the Wall prayer calendar:

“Unity strengthens a community from within. Where unity is present, relationships deepen, trust grows and cooperation becomes natural. God’s blessing rests where people work together in harmony. Bridging differences and building one another up. Unity creates stability and peace, strengthening the community’s ability to face challenges and flourish in every area of life.”Psalms 133:1-3

We have grown in prayer especially regarding our staff prayer times and our prayer routines are more established with daily prayer focusses. WDOP twice a year is such amazing times for our global ministry as we take hands and glorify God with our prayers and trusting Jesus for great impact in ministry. I meet every week with the leaders of our Africa Prayer forum as we trust and pray for CCC ministry, expansion of our reach in ministry and in-depth growth for all staff, with our dependance on the Lord. Trusting the Holy Spirit for His inspiration in our evangelization and discipleship making processes.

Still the question from my side is, how do we grow into the next Season of prayer for CCC SA?

Growth is necessary in prayer as we journey together into what God has planned for us. Jericho Walls prayer ministry has many valuable prayer resources available for us. These resources can help us grow personally in our prayer life as well as equip us to grow in prayer as a mission’s organization. I learnt so much at the Prayer Summit, enjoyed the Lord’s presence and experienced unity among believers from all walks of life. My dream is for CCC SA to have our own Prayer Summits, Prayer Retreats and times when we focus our attention collaboratively on the Lord.

We had a whole evening of prayer for the Nations of Africa. It was a medley of Scripture, Prayer and song.

Let us dream together with God about prayer and about how we should steer prayer ministry for CCC SA, that we might see transformation of lives through Jesus Christ in the next Season.

“Glory to God in the highest [heaven], and peace among men with whom He is well-pleased.”Luke 2:14
