Global Church Movements contribute to the fulfilment of CCCSA’s mission by helping to establish vibrant, multiplying, and sustainable churches and faith communities — one for every thousand people — in every rural village, suburban neighbourhood, urban high-rise, and digital community. This vision embraces every tribe, tongue, people, and nation (Revelation 7:9).
BOLDLY GO | BOLDLY MOBILISE | BOLDLY PARTNER | BOLDLY MULTIPLY | BOLDLY PRAY
As a Global Church Movement (GCM) leader in South Africa, I am deeply encouraged by what the Lord is doing in our country. Slowly but surely, the Lord is transforming the traditional way of “doing church” into the true biblical model of being the church of Christ – a community of Spirit-led followers built according to Acts 2:42–47.
We have seen God open doors in seven of the nine provinces of South Africa. This year, we have successfully launched MC2 (Multiplying Churches and Communities) training in KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Mpumalanga. The North West Province is next, with training planned for Setlagole near Vryburg in October. We are also trusting God for a full MC2 training in Gauteng in the coming months.
Today, GCM-SA has more than 100 volunteers, with many showing interest in joining CCCSA as full-time staff across different strategies. At our recent MC2 training in Botshabelo near Bloemfontein, twenty mothers indicated their desire to be trained so that they can become part of Mothers Who Care. Their names and contacts have already been shared with the MWC leadership team.
It is inspiring to see how our teams are applying what they have learned by reaching unreached communities. For example, Madeleine from Rustenburg, who joined us at the MC2 training in Mpumalanga, used the “Amazing Question” tool just two weeks later in Stellenbosch. Within a short time, she was leading a group of more than 45 new believers in Christ! GCM ensured that these new members received Bibles and discipleship resources to help them grow.
Since the beginning of this year, GCM-SA has distributed more than 2,200 Bibles across South Africa, ensuring that many households now own a Bible in their heart language. We thank God for our partnerships with like-minded organisations, which allow us to access additional resources to help fulfil the Great Commission.
In Zeerust, at Ntsweletsoku village, one of our volunteers – Mama Aida Mokopakgosi – is feeding more than 30 vulnerable children with Genesis Porridge, provided by a partner ministry from Pretoria. Truly, GCM-SA is committed to PRAY, CARE, SHARE!

Testimonies
Lesley Muji, Chairperson of The Body of Christ, Setlagole
“I met Pastor Mokopane of GCM in 2023 when he came to Setlagole with the Jesus Film. Since then, I have been encouraged by the way he uses film to reach the lost, and we have worked closely together. Out of that visit, we formed a union of Pentecostal churches called The Body of Christ.
Pastor Mokopane and GCM have supported us in many ways. In September 2024, he joined our first crusade in Setlagole, providing us with Bibles, tracts, and Jesus Film equipment. This year, he facilitated a pastors’ seminar in May and spoke at our youth conference in Mahikeng in June. Recently, we even received a motorbike from GCM to support ministry in rural areas.
We are now preparing for MC2 training in Setlagole this October. Many of our pastors have already received free Bibles and tracts through GCM. We thank God for Pastor Mokopane and the work of GCM.”
Evangelist Alice Nthapo, Botshabelo
“We want to thank the GCM trainers for a powerful crusade. You motivated us greatly, and we now look forward with hope and faith, knowing God is in control.
I asked Pastor Nkgi the ‘Amazing Question’: What do you want Jesus to do for you? She replied that she longed for her church to grow. After prayer, the Lord led me to offer free revival services for their congregation. I thank God that He has answered her prayer in such a practical way.”
Mamello Mokoena, Free State
“It was my first time to hear about this training, and it was life-changing. Through MC2 we learned about multiplication, the Amazing Question, sharing the gospel, and disciple-making.
I used the Amazing Question, and the response I received made me realise how much people need God. One woman I prayed with, who had a chronic illness, has since drawn closer to me and wants to learn more about the gospel.
Through this training, I have already reconnected with four people using the Amazing Question. I am excited to continue applying these teachings. I thank the Lord for Pastor Ike and the GCM team, and I pray God strengthens them to keep making disciples across the world.”
We praise God for how He is working through GCM-SA across South Africa, raising leaders, multiplying churches, and transforming lives!
