We had a wonderful first online session on Monday 19 October 2020 of our MC2 training launch. It was just an introductory session, looking at basic Zoom skills like muting and unmuting yourself when on Zoom, basic zoom rules and how the system works.
After introducing ourselves, we then talked about expectations. We want to encourage the training of 5 to 10 existing believers, starting after Session 3, by personally applying the skills we learnt in order to start multiplying groups. We talked about how often we shall be meeting and then explained the coaching circle. We looked at the 9 topics we shall tackle during the next 9 weeks.
Lastly we talked about core processes of MC2. There is a three-thirds discipleship process, obedience-based discovery Bible Study, Coaching circles. Then we closed after agreeing to meet again on 26/10/2020 at 15h00 for 15h30. Isn’t this whetting your appetite?
