My name is Nicholas Kelderman, and I recently stepped into the role of Operations Manager for Campus Crusade for Christ South Africa.

As the year comes to an end, my heart is filled with gratitude. Thank you for the countless ways you’ve blessed this ministry, through your gifts, prayers, and faithful involvement.

A DMPD (Discipleship Ministry Partner Development, previously known as Support-Raising) blitz is a one-week workshop dedicated to helping our missionaries raise more ministry partners and be encouraged by working on it together for five days.

The expression “Do you want the carrot or the stick?” refers to the “carrot and stick” approach, a method of persuasion and motivation that uses a combination of reward (the carrot) for desired behaviour and punishment (the stick) for undesired behaviour.
